ESABA East Side Revival

Mueller Memorial • June 8, 2017

As part of Mueller Memorial’s commitment to supporting the vibrancy and vitality of the communities we serve, we make sure to stay directly involved in community organizations.

Scott Mueller was a founding member of the East Side Area Business Association (ESABA) , and now our Director of Community Relations, Taelor Johnson, serves on its board.

ESABA supports the East Side by providing strong business advocacy, interconnected diverse networking, new business opportunities, connection to the community, opportunities for cross-cultural engagement, and business education. This past May, at our St. Paul location we were proud to host ESABA’s Annual Fundraiser: “East Side Spring Revival”.

With a few simple decorations, we transformed our versatile reception area into a 1920’s style speakeasy, complete with flapper dancers from The Mounds Theater and prohibition-era inspired cocktails formulated by the folks at Ward 6. The event also featured guest speaker and President of the Timberwolves and Lynx, Chris Wright.

It was a great night and we were happy to help raise funds necessary to keep this dynamic organization thriving and continuing to advocate for development, investment, and progress in our neighborhood on the East Side of St. Paul.
