William Thomas Schwietz

Schwietz, Bill Age 81 Beloved Husband & Dad Passed away peacefully on December 5, 2017 after a battle with Alzheimer’s. Survived by wife of 58 years Lorraine (Tucci); children Bill (Julie) and Lori Nielsen (Ron); grandchildren Dan (Anna), Crystal (Dan), Rose, Tom, Lauren, Aaron & Dana; great grandchildren Donovan, Evangeline & Isaac; brothers Jack (Mary), Gene (Gloria) and Jim. Bill will also be missed by many friends and extended family. Retired after 38 years with 3M, Johnson High School Class of 1955 and longtime Winter Carnival volunteer. Mass of Christian Burial Friday (December 8) at 10:00 am at TRANSFIGURATION CATHOLIC CHURCH, 6133-15TH Avenue, Oakdale. Interment Resurrection Cemetery. Visitation Thursday from 4-7:30 pm at MUELLER MEMORIAL, 835 Johnson Parkway and one hour before the Mass at church on Friday.
