Terrence Longville

Terrence "Terry" Paul Longville, age 78, lifelong resident and lover of White Bear Lake, Minnesota, passed away on June 15, 2025.

Terry was the oldest of 10 siblings, and his natural leadership qualities shone brightly throughout his life. As the eldest, he was often the one others turned to for advice, guidance, and support. His wisdom, patience, and steady hand helped steer his family through life's challenges, and he will be remembered as a pillar of strength and a source of unwavering support for those who loved him.

Terry built a successful career in advertising and marketing, where he was known for his creativity, strategic thinking, and personability. Terry's work left a lasting impact on those around him, and he was highly respected by colleagues and clients alike.

Terry was married to the love of his life, Diane Longville (Drieling), for 53 years. Together, they built a life and a home full of love and laughter. Terry's unwavering support and devotion to Diane were a testament to his deep commitment to family. He is also survived by his children Bryan, Michael (Lauren Johns), and Nicole (Joe Wavra). His three grandchildren will miss how their "Boppa" could fix any broken toy and would race them up the sidewalk after a day on the lake or building Lego.

He loved downhill skiing, a passion he shared with his family. He was also an avid car enthusiast, particularly when it came to his Audi, and could often be found in the garage changing the oil or rotating tires. Terry enjoyed traveling, with a special appreciation for exploring new places and making memories with family. Additionally, he took great pride in meticulously maintaining his house, yard and lakeshore, and sharing these spaces with his loved ones.

Terry's warm sense of humor, strong moral compass, and generosity made him beloved by many.

A visitation will be held on June 29th from 3:00-6:00 PM at Mueller Memorial Funeral Home, 4738 Bald Eagle Ave, White Bear Lake, MN 55110. A funeral service will be held on June 30th at 11:00 AM at Saint Andrew's Lutheran Church, 900 Stillwater Rd, Mahtomedi, MN 55115, with a visitation at 10:00 AM. Following the service, a lunch will be served at 12:00 PM at the church.
