Safe Yang passed away on July 20, 2015. He is survived by father Simon Young; mother Susan Thao; brothers Huseng Yang, Thomas (Youpa Thao) Yang, Rob (Glory Seying) Yang, Charles (Shoua) Yang; and sisters May (Souk Vang) True, May Chee, Pam (Ying Vang) Gnia, and Gina Yang. Services are being held on Saturday, August 1 and Sunday, August 2, 2015, both from 9 AM to 9 PM at Mueller Memorial Parkway Chapel located at 835 Johnson Parkway and East 7th Street in St. Paul.
