Passed away peacefully on August 25, 2021 at the age of 88 years. Preceded in death by wife Phyllis; son Richard; grandson Matthew; great granddaughter Alexis and sister Marylyn Apel âSisâ. Survived by children Patricia Berger (Jay), Thomas Clymer (Michele) & Robert Clymer (Shari); grandchildren Joseph (Lindsey), John, Stephanie, Christine, Natalie, Olivia & Lorna; 10 great grandchildren; wonderful friend Darlene LaValle; siblings Jeanne Boumeester, Barbara Clark, Michael Clymer (Cyndi), David Clymer (Becky) & Gerald Clymer (Ardy); brother-in-law John Sniker (Carole) and many nieces, nephews & friends. Russell was a proud Navy veteran and retired as Executive Vice President with Collins Electric. Memorial Mass Thursday, September 2nd at 11:00 am ~ ST. PETERâS CATHOLIC CHURCH, 1250 South Shore Drive, Forest Lake. Visitation Wednesday, September 1st from 4:00 pm- 7:00 pm at MUELLER MEMORIAL, 4738 Bald Eagle Avenue, White Bear Lake and one hour before Mass at church on Thursday. Private interment St. John's Cemetery, Hugo.
