Robert J. Kappes Age 78 of White Bear Lake Died on February 14, 2017 of cancer Preceded in death by parents, George and Matilda; and siblings, Gladys, Clarence and Dorothy. Survived by children, Kristine (Steve) Santi and Steven (Melissa); grandsons, Chance, Jacob and Alex; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Longtime member of the MSRA. Celebration of Life Gathering 5:30 to 8 PM with a service at 6:30 PM on Monday, February 27, 2017 at Mueller Memorial, 835 Johnson Pkwy., St. Paul. Private interment Fort Snelling National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the American Cancer Society.
