Richard Rowley

Rowley, Richard "Dick", 80, of Oakdale, passed away on Friday, May 12, 2023. He was preceded in death by his wives, Carol and Kathleen; infant son; and his parents, Huburt and Evelyn. He is survived by his children, Kris (Todd) Kitchenmaster, Mike (Sue), and Matt (Sheila); grandchildren, Chad, Tyler, Mitchell, Heather, Marcus, Krystal, and Kassy; great grandchildren, Abel, Jack, Veda, Melissa, James, Nyklas, and Charlotte; brother, Bill; and other family and friends. Dick was a proud US Army Sgt. and served from 1965-1967.

Visitation on Tuesday, May 23, from 5 PM - 7PM at Mueller Memorial, 835 Johnson Parkway, St. Paul, with a prayer service at 6:30 PM. Interment at Fort Snelling National Cemetery on Thursday, May 25 at 10:45 AM; meet at the second entrance at the assembly area # 6 if you wish to join us. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family or to the North St. Paul VFW post 1350. In honor of Dick, please wear your favorite car t-shirt.
