Richard Cardenas (Uncle Rick), Human Rights Activist and Social Justice Advocate Age 79 of St. Paul, Minnesota passed away on March 10th after complications from a stroke. preceded in death by: Manuel & Helen Cardenas-Parents JoAnn Enos-Sister Manny Cardenas-Brother Charles Cardenas-Brother & Georgia-Sister-in-Law Many loving family members, nieces, nephews and friends he left behind that will miss him greatly include: Shotsie Forsythe-Long Term Devoted Companion Paul Schneider-Son, Wife Diane & Family Lloyd Enos-Brother-in-Law Lori-Jo “Ruby” McKusick-Niece & Husband Dave Candi Sinn-Niece & Dale Witzel Christine Mitchell-Niece & Husband David Kenny Sinn-Great Nephew, Angela Pignatello, Great-Great Niece Zoe & Great-Great Nephew Gabe Bruce Sinn Brown-Great Nephew & Wife Emily Blake Cooper-Great Nephew & Wife Kayla Weston Mitchell-Great Nephew & Maddie Larry Dunham-Friend; “Rick was the brother I never had.” Special thanks to Sholom Home East who provided kindness and hospice.
