Patricia Shatava

Patricia (Hayes) Shatava, 76, of White Bear Lake passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Sunday, June 20, 2021. She was preceded in death by her father, William Hayes; mother, Senia Hayes; siblings, Wesley Hayes, Jean Stepan, Sylvia Goodroad, Roger Hayes, George Hayes, and Michael Hayes. She is survived by her husband, Leonard; children, Donna Shatava (Tim) and David Shatava (Kate); granddaughter, Ava Dempster; siblings, Donna Ball and Cindy Hayes; her cat, Sasha; and many nieces, nephews, family and friends. Patricia and Leonard were married on June 11, 1966 and just recently celebrated their 55th wedding anniversary. While she loved to be the boss, she was a loving mother and grandmother and her granddaughter will remember her “mean” potato salad. She will be greatly missed by her family. A funeral mass will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, June 25, 2021 at St. Mary of the Lake Catholic Church, 4741 Bald Eagle Ave., White Bear Lake, with visitation being held an hour prior at the church.
