Norma Fitzsimons

Norma Theresa Fitzsimons (Nee Lusk) died peacefully on Sunday morning, June 19th, after a long life of 85 years. Norma was the oldest of twelve children. She will be joining her mother, Joyce; her very much beloved grandmother, Alvina; her five brothers; two of her sisters; and her Vincent aunts and uncles. She is survived by her husband of 65 years, Bob; their marriage, love, and life together has been an inspiration to all who knew them. She is further survived by her four children, Bob Jr. (Beth LaFayette), Nancy (Andy Johnson), Jim (Amy), and Steve (Leslie Benolken); three grandchildren, Andy, Jacki, and Hayden; two great-grandchildren, Dru and Sylas; and four sisters.

A memorial service will be held at 11:30 AM on Tuesday, June 28, 2022 at Mueller Memorial- St. Paul, 835 Johnson Parkway, with visitation from 9:30 AM until the time of service. Private interment at a later date.

Norma loved to laugh, so please come to share your stories and your laughter. In lieu of flowers, we ask that people honor Norma's memory by making donations to Our Lady of Peace Hospice, St. Paul, who made her last days peaceful ones.
