Age 71 of White Bear Lake
Born November 10, 1944 in St. Paul. Passed away September 30, 2016. Preceded in death by parents Harold & Helen. Survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Barbara (Neisess); children Kevin (Cari), Curtis (Joan) and Mandi (Will); grandchildren Kirsten & Marcus; great granddaughter Ava; siblings Bud (Pat), Wayne (Johanna) and Marilyn Rouse; many additional dear family & friends. Neal was a Vietnam Veteran, retired lead machinist after 33 years with NSP/Xcel and after retirement drove school bus for White Bear Lake. Service WEDNESDAY (10/5) at 11:00 am at REDEEMER LUTHERAN CHURCH, 3770 Bellaire Avenue, White Bear Lake. Interment Union Cemetery, Maplewood. Visitation MONDAY (TODAY) from 4-8:00 pm at MUELLER MEMORIAL, 4738 Bald Eagle Avenue, White Bear Lake and one hour before the service on Wednesday at church. Memorials preferred to donor's choice in lieu of flowers.
