Passed away peacefully on October 29th surrounded by his loving family. Preceded in death by his parents, Michael and Dolores; and first wife of 48 years, Patricia. Survived by wife, Nancy Hacker Farinella; daughters, Gina (Tashia) Brown, Deanna (Derek) Adams, and Michelle Farinella; step-daughter, Alexandra Hacker; grandchildren, William, Aubrey, Skylar, and Aria; great-grandson, Devin; siblings, Joseph (Julie), Mary (Steve) Retzlaff, Matthew (Deborah), Dean (Camille); and many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends. A Celebration of Mike's life will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, November 5th at MUELLER MEMORIAL, 835 Johnson Parkway, St. Paul, with visitation one hour prior. Fellowship and luncheon to follow the service. To honor Mike's love of nature, memorials are preferred to the National Audubon Society.
