Mary Lou Lane, a devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed away surrounded by the love of her family. She leaves behind a legacy defined by loyalty, generosity, resilience, and unwavering devotion to those she loved.
Mary Lou was the steady foundation of her family. Her love was constant and dependable. She was generous with her time, her resources, and her heart. Throughout her life, she demonstrated remarkable strength and resilience, facing life's challenges with dignity and quiet determination.
In her younger years, Mary Lou enjoyed traveling with friends, embracing adventure and making lifelong memories. She carried herself with grace and style, always dressed for the occasion. Fashion was one of her joys, and she loved shopping - not only for herself, but for her family and for charitable organizations she supported. Giving to others brought her genuine happiness.
Mary Lou was a dedicated Minnesota sports fan, especially of the Minnesota Twins. She followed the team closely and celebrated their World Series championships in 1987 and 1991 with great pride. She also cherished visits to the Minnesota State Fair, attending multiple times each year when she was able. She found joy in simply sitting on a bench, watching the crowds pass by, and never missed a stop at the Dairy Building for her favorite strawberry malt.
Above all, Mary Lou treasured her family. Her loyalty and steadfast support shaped four generations, creating a legacy of strength and love that will continue for years to come. Her example of resilience, generosity, and devotion lives on in all who knew her.
Mary Lou will be deeply missed and forever remembered for her enduring love, her quiet strength, and the traditions she passed down.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Casimir and Ruth Lesky; and former spouse, Roger Lane.
