Passed away January 26, 2024
A loving wife, devoted mother, and doting grandmother.

Mary grew up on a farm in Nebraska. She pursued her education at the University of Nebraska, where she obtained a Bachelor's degree. On June 10, 1967, Mary married Richard Fosmer, embarking on a journey of love and companionship that would span over five decades.
Settling in the town of White Bear Lake, Mary dedicated herself to creating a nurturing home for her family. Mary's unwavering faith was an integral part of her life. She was an active volunteer at St. Mary of the Lake Church.
Throughout her life, Mary embraced various roles and professions. She was a dedicated teacher and became a nurturing daycare provider. She later retired from a job in banking.
She found great pleasure in reading books with her book clubs, embarking on adventurous travels and bus tours and immersing herself in the magic of theater and orchestral performances.
Mary will forever be remembered as a woman of compassion, love, and faith. She leaves behind her beloved husband, Richard; her children, Kathy, Melissa (Joe) Plummer and Dana (Arlene); her 4 grandchildren; her brother, Bernie and many nieces, nephews and other family members. 
Mary is preceded in death by her brothers, Dick and Dennis and by her parents. 
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Mary of the Lake Church in White Bear Lake at 11am on Friday, February 2nd. Visitation Thursday, February 1st from 4-7pm at Mueller Memorial, 4738 Bald Eagle Ave., White Bear Lake and also 1 hour prior to Mass at church.
May Mary rest in eternal peace, surrounded by the love and light she brought to the world.
