Marie Servatka

April 3, 1950 — June 13, 2025

Marie Lynn Servatka age 75 of Remer, MN passed away peacefully on June 13th, surrounded by family. She was preceded in death by her husband, Stanley Servatka and her parents Frank and Myrtle Woodard.

She is survived by her children Michael Servatka (Jill) and Michelle Couture (Michael). Her grandchildren Brittney, Joshua, Ben, Connor, Nick, Laura, Nate and Jacob and by her greatgrandchildren Chase, Alice, Elijah, and Kairi. Her siblings Charlene, Dale and Cheryl and her nieces and nephew Kimberly, Michael and Tammie.

Marie will be remembered for her fierce love of family. Full of snark, she was unapologetic about the passion that she approached life with. She was unique, strong, and taught all of us to be bigger and better versions of ourselves. An amazing woman who had no limits on what she could accomplish when her mind was set. She loved to sew and visit with her friends through all the different phases of her life. Her favorite place to have lunch was the Great Moon Buffett ,which usually entailed wrangling a grandkid or two to go along with her and our father.

She was so proud of her family and she and our father worked so hard over the years to bring us together for the holidays. Not an easy task but she would not have it any other way.

We are heartbroken and will miss her very much but are content knowing she is with Dad and smiling from above .

Take it easy Mom , until we meet again.

A most heartfelt thank you to Auntie Char and daughter/niece Laura for the most amazing care they gave mother in her last days.
