Nunez, Luz Beloved Wife, Mother Grandmother & Tia Passed away peacefully on June 12, 2018 at the age of 82 years. Preceded in death by parents Metodio & Guadalupe Alfaro; grandson Carlos Zoya and brothers Antonio, Jesus & Manuel. Survived by husband of 53 years, Carlos; children Juanita Zoya (Scott) and Laura Nunez; grandchildren Elizabeth & Lucita Zoya and Luis & Lupita Benavides; sister Carmen Toranzo (Rafael); brothers Gilberto Alfaro (Aurelia), Metodio Alfaro (Imelda) & Javier (Judith); special niece Mary and much extended family. Retired from Pearson Candy Company. Active member at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Mass of Christain Burial Monday (June 18) at 11:00 am at SACRED HEART CATHOLIC CHURCH, 840 East 6th Street. Interment Lakeview Cemetery. Visitation Sunday from 5:00 pm- 8:00 pm at MUELLER MEMORIAL, 835 Johnson Parkway and one hour before the Mass at church.
