Frascone, Leo Age 91, Proud WW II Vet Longtime East Sider Passed away peacefully surrounded by his family. Longtime employee of St. Paul Water Utility. Preceded in death by his parents Frank & Faustina, brothers Luciano, Luigi & John, his sister Antoinette and daughter Cynthia. He is survived by children Michael (Connie) Frascone, Nancy (Larry) Thomason, Jay (Alice) Frascone & Leo Jr. (Virginia) Frascone. There are 8 grandchildren. Also by a brother Jim (Phyllis) Frascone. Visitation TUESDAY from 4-8 PM at MUELLER MEMORIAL PARKWAY CHAPEL, 835 Johnson Pkwy. @ 7th St., St. Paul. Burial at Ft. Snelling National Cemetery at a later date.
