Age 92 of St Paul

Loving wife, mother, grandmother & great grandmother passed away peacefully surrounded by family on June 4, 2025. She is preceded in death by her husband, Edward "Jim" McGahn; parents, Irene and Walter Gessner; and infant son, Thomas. She is survived by her children, Deborah (John) Mattox, Teresa, Sandra, James (Christine), and Catherine; grandchildren, Jeremy (Morgan), Connor (Marissa), Kellie, Anna, Aubrey, Taylor and Heather; great grandchildren, Lucas, Evan & Owen; along with many nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, memorials to St Paul Monastery or Blessed Sacrament Church, where Karen spent many days volunteering. Visitation Weds June 11th, 2025 at 9:30am followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30am at Church of the Blessed Sacrament, 2119 Stillwater Ave, St Paul MN. Interment Resurrection Cemetery.
