Jeffrey "Jeff" Thomas Glasow

Jeffrey “Jeff” Thomas Glasow passed away on March 25^th, 2022 at the age of 63. He was surrounded by his wife of 42 years, children, grandchildren, mother and siblings. Jeff is survived by his wife, Kit; children, Jillian (Stephen), Grant (Jamie), and Jenna (Eric); grandchildren, Reign, Roman, Kennedy, Grayson, Colton, and Ashton; also, his mother, Patricia Glasow; five brothers and sisters; and many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his father, Thomas Glasow; grandparents; and aunts and uncles.

Jeff was a dedicated employee in the construction industry since the age of 17. His work ethic, patience and guidance stuck with those he led and mentored. His battle with Mesothelioma was no different. He fought this terminal disease for the last 2 ½ years of his life and was still the leader of us all. He continued to work hard, do whatever he put his mind to and make us all laugh in the process.

Growing up Jeff loved playing baseball with his buddies, fishing with his dad, grandpa, and brothers, and tormenting his siblings (in love of course!). At the age of 17 he fell in love with Kit Kennedy. Together they enjoyed playing softball, hanging out with friends and family and anything that made them laugh. Jeff loved to laugh!

As a dad, Jeff was a man of integrity, strength, love and selflessness. He showed his children how to love their spouses and children with loyalty, laughter and forgiveness. As a papa, Jeff was a man of time, teaching and of course laughter. Jeff’s children and grandchildren have many plans of how to live out his amazing legacy.

A Funeral Mass will be held at 11:30 AM on Friday, April 1, 2022 at St. John’s Catholic Church in Little Canada, 380 Little Canada Road East, with visitation from 9:30 AM until the time of the Mass.
