Jean Merliene Musch (Nelson)

Musch Jean Merliene (nee Nelson) Age 89 of St. Paul, Formerly of New Richmond & Spooner, WI Passed away peacefully on May 5, 2018. Born in St. Paul on January 21, 1929. Preceded in death by her husband of 63 years Richard and sister Virginia Mayen. Survived by children Thomas (Valerie), Diane (Chris) Johnson and Karen Kennedy (James Maestas); grandchildren Cassandra Englund, Violet Kennedy and Kenneth Musch; 5 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Jean was a master gardener, Jello aficionado and champion for the underdog. She loved to read, swim and was a lifelong avid Vikings fan. She was a loving strong woman with a zest for life and was well loved and honored by many, and will be greatly missed. Service Thursday (May 10) at 11:00 am at LAKEVIEW LUTHERAN CHURCH, 1194 County Road C, Maplewood with visitation one hour before the service. Interment prayers Monday (May 14) at 12 Noon at North Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Spooner, WI.
