Gotwald, George Age 91 of Lino Lakes Formerly of Shoreview Peacefully passed away on January 17, 2012. Civil engineer for Carley Engineering in Shoreview. Land developer and avid outdoorsman. Preceded in death by wife, Marion. Survived by children, Pat (John) O’Connell, Mike (Pam) Gotwald, Debbie (John) Williams; grandchildren, Doug, Dana, Grant, Logan, Nick, Deogee; great-grandchildren, James, Jacob; special friend, Lucille Trulson; brother-in-law, Swede Anderson; nephews, Jeff, Jon, Joel and their families. Mass of Christian Burial 11:30 AM Friday, January 20, 2012 at Saint Mary of the Lake Catholic Church, 4741 Bald Eagle Ave, White Bear Lake with visitation 1 ½ hours prior to the time of the Mass at the church. Interment will be 10:15 AM Monday at Fort Snelling National Cemetery, Minneapolis. Memorials are preferred to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
