Efrain Santiago

Efrain "Ef" Santiago Age 47 of White Bear Lake. Survived by his son Odin and Odin's mother, Deanna Wyman.His mother, Gloria Negron and sister Marilina Santiago, his grandmother Dolores Negron all of Milwaukee. Also by his niece Angelica Carter and great niece, Sarina Dettlaff. In keeping with Ef's wishes, he didn't want a formal service, instead he wanted a "Big Ass Party". Join his family and friends to remember his life at Kellerman's Event Center, 2222 4th St, White Bear Lake, Wednesday, September 4th from 4 to 8PM.
