Frogner, Sr.; Donald “Duck” Age 80 of Marine on St. Croix Retired Frogner Drywall Passed away on January 31, 2013. Preceded in death by son, Bobby. Survived by wife, Wanda; four children, Donald, Jr. (Terry), Patti (Mike) Anderson, Barb (Terry) Granger, and Marc; 15 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; three sisters, Lorraine Schmidt, Darlene Frogner, and Gail (Jim) Newman; and many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Visitation 4-8 PM Monday, Feb. 4, 2013 at Mueller Lake Mortuary, 4738 Bald Eagle Ave., White Bear Lake at 3rd Street. Funeral Service 11:00 AM Tuesday, Feb. 5, 2013 at Redeeming Love Church, 2425 White Bear Ave. N., Maplewood with visitation one hour prior at the church.
