Passed unexpectedly on 12/27/2014
Preceded in death by parents, Willard and Margaret Boe; and brother, Edward Boe. Survived by beloved husband, Paul; children, Kyle (Lana), John (Xong), Margaret and Thomas; grandchildren, Anthony, Kaitlyn, Cindy, Nicholas, Alice, Natalie, Olivia and Jack; and other relatives and friends. Deborah devoted her life to helping the disabled. A visitation will be held from 9 AM until 12 PM on Tuesday, December 30, 2014 at Mueller Memorial Parkway, 835 Johnson Parkway, St. Paul.
