David Stevens

Stevens, David Lockhart, 87, of White Bear Lake, passed away on Monday, December 19, 2022 surrounded by his family. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Vera; children, David, Lisa, and Cheri; and siblings, Charles, Ruth, Joy, Phillip, Bobby and Verayln. He is survived by wife, Terre; sons, Dale and Mark; daughter, Jill (Joe); and son-in-law, Dan; 9 grandchildren; and 6 great grandchildren.

David was a proud veteran of the Airforce and the Coast Guard. He worked as a contract negotiator for Metro Transit. David volunteered at the Red Cross, Habitat for Humanity, Salvation Army and the Suicide Prevention Hotline. He loved the great outdoors, especially the Boundary Waters and he was involved with the North Star Ski Club.

A memorial service will be held at 10:30 AM on Thursday, December 29, 2022 at New Brighton Christian Church, 1500 29th Ave. NW, New Brighton, with visitation from 9:30 AM until service. Burial at Fort Snelling National Cemetery to follow service.
