Daniel (Dan) Andrew Hoye

Dan Hoye, age 56, of White Bear Lake passed away peacefully with his parents at his side on Tuesday, March 10, 2026. 

He is survived by his loving parents, William and Thelma Hoye; his siblings, Amy Hoye (children: Ryan, Sam, and Andrew) and Don (Pam) Hoye (children: Jack and Louis). 

Dan carried a high work ethic which started as a paper carrier for the St. Paul Pioneer Press in his early teens. He was a baseball player, golfer and skier in his youth and loved following Minnesota and High School sports. Cooking for family and friends brought him a lot of joy. He had a big heart and was always willing to help others in need. He will be missed by his family and many friends. 

A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, April 17, 2026 from 4 – 7 PM at MUELLER MEMORIAL. 4738 Bald Eagle Ave, White Bear Lake. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to White Bear Lake Community ED & Recreation for student scholarships, 2399 Cedar Avenue, White Bear Lake, MN 55110.
