Charlene M. Klotz (nee Dokka), 75, of Oakdale, passed away Monday, July 31, 2023.

Charlene is preceded in death by her former spouse, Henry "Hank" Klotz; parents, Charles and Mary Dokka; brothers, Gerald and John Dokka; sister, Enid Donahue; twin brother, Charles Dokka; and sister-in-law, Patricia Dokka.

She will be dearly missed by her three children, Christine "Tina" Manning, Thomas Manning, and Robyn Klotz; her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sister, Sandy Dokka; and many nieces and nephews.

A funeral mass will be held at 10:30 AM on Friday, August 4, 2023, at the Church of the Blessed Sacrament, 2119 Stillwater Ave E, St Paul, MN 55119, with visitation beginning at 9:30 AM at the church and on Thursday, August 3, 2023 at Mueller Memorial, 835 Johnson Parkway, St. Paul, MN 55106 from 4 PM to 8 PM.
