Opalinski, Cecilia Marie “Sally” Devoted Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother – Age 95 passed away peacefully surrounded by family on April 14, 2011. Lifetime member of Gold Star Wives of America. Preceded in death by husbands, Tom Laqua and Will Opalinski; daughter, Sharon Laqua; parents, John & Stella Foster; and brothers, John, George, Joe and Dick Foster. Survived by children, Brent (Pat) Laqua, Carolyn (Bill) Toenjes, Peggi (Joel) White and Mark Opalinski; grandchildren, Jeanette (Mike) Hinrichsen, Tracy Laqua, Bill (Cheryl) Toenjes, Cheryl “Dutch” (Brian) Toenjes, Gregory White, Kathrine, Marissa, Cecelia and Justin Opalinski; 10 great grandchildren; sister, Eileen (Bob) Hanley; brothers, Maurice (June) Foster, Raymond Foster and Tom (Jan) Foster; beloved nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Mass of Christian Burial 10 AM Tuesday, April 19 at The Cerenity - Marian Care Center, 200 Earl St., St. Paul, with a gathering of family and friends 1 hr prior to Mass. Private interment Calvary Cemetery. Memorials preferred to the American Cancer Society and the Cerenity- Marian Center.
