Carol Bisson

Carol Bisson, 68, of St. Paul, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, October 23, 2023. She is preceded in death by her parents, Antone and Elizabeth Tordeur; and eldest sister, Betty (Norman) Maas. She is survived by her siblings, Delores Johnson, Alice (Gary) Weickelt, Karen Jean Allen, Judy Holden, and Edward Tordeur; special nieces, Karla (Jay Shelley) Weickelt and Wendy Weickelt; other nieces and nephews; and many friends.

Carol was the embodiment of an entrepreneurial spirit and a truly remarkable individual. Throughout her life, Carol displayed many talents and interests. She was a dedicated and hard worker. Carol was known for her kind and giving nature. She always had a helping hand ready to assist friends, neighbors, and anyone in need. Her selflessness touched the lives of many, leaving a lasting impact on the community she called home. In her free time, Carol found peace and solace in two of her greatest passions: cats and gardening. She was often affectionately called "the Squash Lady" at local farmers markets she attended. Carol adored feline companions and provided a loving home to many furry friends throughout her life. Carol will be deeply missed.

A memorial gathering will be held from 3-5 PM on Thursday, November 2, 2023 at Mueller Memorial, 835 Johnson Parkway, St. Paul, 55106. In lieu of flowers, donations are preferred in Carol's name to any local cat rescue or shelter.
