Brandy Lodrigue (Phillis Hopkins), 66, of St. Paul, formerly of Houma, LA, passed away on January 27, 2023. She was preceded in death by her parents; 1 brother; and 2 sisters. She is survived by her children, James Roberts and Laura Clark; many grandchildren; nieces; nephews; special niece, Lynne; 5 siblings; and other family and friends. Brandy loved to collect turtles and was a beautiful crafter- making dream catchers and doing needlepoint and crochet. She will be deeply missed.
