Bonnie Lou (Harmening) Reim, age 84, of Mendota Heights, passed away peacefully on Monday, June 16, 2025. Born on February 19, 1941. Bonnie was preceded in death by her parents, Victor and Eleanor Harmening; husband of 35 years, Victor P. Reim Jr.; and husband of 5 years, Phil Bifulk.
She is survived by her children, Ann (Don) Woessner, V. Philip (Rachel), Amy (Clay) Amundson, and Erick (Elizabeth); grandchildren, CJ (Kate), Victor (Katie), Natalie (Brett), John, Bridget, William, Daniel, Taylor, Elliot, Sarah, and Zachary; 2 great grandchildren; sister, Vicki Ann (Jim) Pearson; nieces, Emily (James), Martha (Jonathan); and nephews, Andy (Amanda), and Matthew.
Bonnie graduated from New Ulm HS and then went on to attend St. Cloud State University. In 1961 she married Vic Reim and together they had 4 children. Bonnie served and volunteered on many different boards, including those for the Phoenix Residence, the Neighborhood House, Dodge Nature Center, St. Joseph Church Parish Council, The United Way, St. Paul Winter Carnival and as a Saint John's University Trustee. Even though she enjoyed keeping active and involved in her community, Bonnie's most cherished role was wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 AM on Wednesday, June 25, 2025 at Church of the Assumption, 51 7th St W, St Paul, MN 55102, with visitation one hour prior to the Mass. Interment at Resurrection Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to Visitation School, St. Thomas Academy, or American Cancer Society of MN.
