July 19, 1942- August 15, 2025

age 83 of White Bear Lake passed away at home peacefully in her sleep on August 15 in the early morning surrounded by loved ones.

Barbara was born in Saint Paul, MN to Roy Milton Owen and Alice Bernice Edgett July 19, 1942. While Barbara made her life long career with the USPS seem effortless, she found time to be a dear friend to so many. She was a beloved daughter, sister, aunt, niece, cousin, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and dear friend. She was all those and so much more. She loved fiercely and had such a sweet soul. She will be missed so dearly.

She was preceded in death by her parents Roy and Alice, brother Lanny, son Lee, and grandson Dustin.

She is survived by her sister Wende, and daughters Loralei Hilgrenand and Shannon (Howard) Lathe .

She also leaves behind her grandkids Preston, Amber (Christopher), Mariah, Alex, and Tim; along with her five beautiful great granddaughters Isabella, Amelia, Adalyn, Aurora, and Olivia; also including great grandsons Preston Junior and Blaze.

Celebration of her life on Saturday; August 23rd from 11am to 1pm with a Memorial Service at Noon at MUELLER MEMORIAL, 4738 Bald Eagle Ave., White Bear Lake.
