Age 93 of North St. Paul/Oakdale. Passed away on April 10, 2022. Preceded in death by wife Doris (nee Deschanes); parents Arthur & Carrie; sisters Marcella Tufenk & Luella Copeland and daughter-in-law Sue Belair. Survived by children Cheryl Frank, David Belair, Jeannette Berg (Johnny Sigerseth), Pamela Sailor (Larry) and Renee Belair-Sockness (Cliff); 8 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; a great great grandson and many nieces & nephews. Arthur was a Korean war veteran and retired from Minnesota League of Cities. Mass of Christian Burial Tuesday, April 19th at 10:30 am at TRANSFIGURATION CATHOLIC CHURCH, 6133-15TH Street North, Oakdale. Entombment Union Cemetery, Maplewood. Visitation Monday, April 18th from 4:00 pm-7:00 pm at MUELLER MEMORIAL, 835 Johnson Parkway and one hour before the Mass at church on Tuesday.
