Zaccardi, Anne K. (Damiani) Beloved Mother, Grandmother & Great Grandmother Age 91 of St. Paul Passed away on August 4, 2012. Preceded in death by husband of 59 years, Michael; and 6 brothers and sisters. Survived by children, Michael (Marjorie) and Terri (John) Polski; grandchildren, Scott, Jeremy (Lori), Sara (Jed) and Lauren; 6 great-grandchildren, Hailey, Jacob, Amelia, Masen, Nicholas and Olivia; and many relatives and friends. Special thanks to the staff at Prelude Homes, HealthEast Hospice and Dr. Logan at Bluestone. Mass of Christian Burial Thursday, 8/9/12, 10 am at St. Patrick's Catholic Church, 1095 Desoto St., St. Paul. Visitation Wednesday, 8/8/12, 4 - 8 pm at Mueller Memorial Parkway Chapel, 835 Johnson Parkway, St. Paul and 1 hour prior to the Mass at church. Interment at Resurrection Cemetery.
